I met up with Lauren and Steven in August of last year after they contacted me about photographing their wedding. When we met up, I immediately loved their easy-going personalities and sense of humor; I think we joked and laughed more than we actually discussed wedding details (which is totally fine with me). I was so excited when they chose me to photograph their wedding

Lauren and Steven got married at Tanglewood Park in Clemmons, North Carolina. They chose this incredible historic chapel, Mt. Pleasant Church, in Tanglewood for their ceremony site and it could not have been more beautiful! The woodwork and quaintness of the chapel left you in awe; it is absolutely stunning! Here are my favorites from their wedding day; I hope you love them as much as I do.

Lauren had her grandmother’s wedding gown reconstructed to wear on her wedding day. It was stunning and the sweetest sentiment.

Lauren’s grandmother has a wedding portrait of her exiting the car with her father before her wedding, so Lauren wanted to recreate that moment while she wore her grandmother’s dress.

Steven’s reaction to seeing Lauren walk down the aisle had everyone smiling; so sweet!
