Rachel and Nathan are married! Their beautiful Roanoke wedding was breathtaking! Rachel and Nathan started the day by getting ready at Hotel Roanoke. I had never been to Hotel Roanoke, so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. However; when I arrived, I was blown away! The architecture and surroundings were absolutely stunning. Their ceremony took place at the Taubman Museum of Art; which was incredible! Just wait until you see the art museums we got to use as a backdrop for their portraits.

Rachel and Nathan, you both are so sweet and I’m so thankful to have been a part of your wedding day! Thank you for trusting me to capture the best day of your lives! I wish you both a lifetime of love and happiness!

These guys were so funny! They insisted on a Charlie’s Angels pose; obviously, I obliged.

Her reaction to her guests when the officiant asked if anyone objected to their marriage. Everyone cracked up!

After the ceremony, we got to go take some portraits in the upstairs exhibits in the museum. The art exhibits were so beautiful and it was so fun taking their portraits by them!

After leaving the museum, we headed back to Hotel Roanoke to take some more portraits. Hotel Roanoke is stunning! There were so many beautiful backdrops for portraits.

We headed to the reception at Blue 5 restaurant, a couple blocks down from Taubman Museum of Art. Their “Treat Yo’ Self” station was so cute (and delicious)!
