Emily and Clay's Spring Wedding at Wintergreen Resort - | Wedding Photography

Emily and Clay are married! I couldn’t not be more excited for these two sweet souls to finally be married! Emily and Clay were just so excited to be get married and become husband and wife; the love they have for one another is so clearly evident. They are both so incredibly kind and are genuinely joyful people; they just make everyone around them comfortable and happy! I love both of them immensely!

Emily and Clay got married at Wintergreen Resort in Nellysford, VA and everything about their wedding was stunning! They held their ceremony at the Lookout Overlook towards the top of the resort and the views are breathtaking! The weather that day was beautiful! It was supposed to be in the 90’s that day, but the Lord brought plenty of wind during the ceremony to make sure everyone was cool and comfortable. The winds may have gotten a little crazy at times, but I’ll take that over being hot and sweaty any day!

Emily’s details were stunning!! Her invitations were designed by her brother and they couldn’t have been more stunning and fit their wedding more!

Emily and Clay’s wedding day was extremely windy!! Emily’s dress and veil were whipping around the entire ceremony until her veil finally flew off her head and was carried into the woods with one quick swoop! Everyone, especially Emily and Clay were in shock and just started laughing so hard. It was definitely one of the most memorable part of the wedding!
