I’m so excited to share Joy & Eric’s winter downtown church wedding on the blog this week! They had the most stunning and elegant wedding I’m thrilled that they were my first wedding of the 2022 season. Joy & Eric’s wedding ceremony was at Court Street United Methodist Church in downtown Lynchburg and their reception was held at the Bottling Company Reception Hall. The church they held their ceremony at was one of the most beautiful churches I’ve ever seen and photographed! The stained glass windows and domed ceiling were breathtaking; every detail of the church was so intricate.

Joy & Eric are two of the sweetest people ever and their love for one another exudes from them. The way they look at each other and interact is so full of admiration and love; it’s beautiful to witness. Everyone at the wedding talked about how special they were individually and especially together as a couple.

I still am in awe of this incredible sanctuary and stained glass domed cathedral ceiling. One of the most beautiful churches I’ve had the honor to photograph!

Joy’s dress, jewelry, veil, and hair pieces were perfectly styled and looked incredible on her!

Joy’s veil had me swooning during all of their portraits throughout the day! Long veils breathe life into me!
