Cassidy & Joseph’s Virginian Hotel Wedding was one for the books! Their wedding day happened to fall on the day Hurricane Ian passed through Virginia; talk about stress! Even weddings on days with the most amazing weather are stress-inducing for the couple, let alone getting married in a hurricane. There was so much uncertainty as the news was predicting mass power outages, massive wind speeds, and extensive rainfall. Because of this uncertainty, we were all extra prepared for any and everything! But by the grace of God, the weather conditions were extremely mild compared to the weather forecast! There was barely any wind and the rain even stopped completely, just long enough for us to take some stunning outdoor portraits in front of the hotel. Talk about an amazing gift from God!
Cassidy & Joe’s wedding was not only beautiful but everyone in attendance gave off the best vibes and was genuinely having the greatest time. There is nothing more joyous than the entire wedding guest list truly enjoying the wedding day and being genuinely happy to witness the love between the couple! It makes my job a million times more fun. This surely rang true for Cassidy & Joseph’s wedding! I’m so thankful to continually be invited into the special moments and witness so many incredible wedding days between even more incredible couples.
