Kara and Jawaad’s Snidow Chapel & Oakwood Country Club Wedding

Kara and Jawaad are married!! I love these two so much and I’m so overwhelmed with happiness and excitement that they’re finally husband and wife! Kara and Jawaad have been friends of my husband and me for several years now. We actually met them through Jawaad’s best man, Kyle, who is really good friends with Matt, my husband. We love hanging out with them and it’s always a good time, especially because Kara loves strong margaritas just as much as me! They are both so down to earth and just so positive and fun; they could not be more amazing individuals and a couple!

These two had THE most beautiful wedding and it was a perfect day! From the invitations down to the reception details, everything was stunning and so well coordinated. Here are some of my favorites from their day. I hope you love them as much as I do!

Kara’s ring is literal perfection!

Chantay always killing it with wedding makeup!

Fun fact, Chantay actually did my makeup for my own wedding back in 2016. It’s so much fun to get to work with her now as a wedding vendor myself!

That smile! Kara was so relaxed on her day and was just SO happy to be there with the people she loves and to marry her man!

Y’all! This bouquet! I. AM. OBSESSED.

These cracked me up! How could you not tackle the groom when he’s a football coach? It’s just inevitable.

Kara chose to do a first look with her papa and it was the sweetest thing ever! Y’all he was the cutest thing!

Look at that big grin!! It melts my heart!

Kara and Jawaad didn’t want to see each other before the ceremony, but they did want a moment to themselves beforehand; so they opted for a first look no peak. This is such an incredible way to ease the nerves on the wedding day without breaking tradition.

During the no peak, we actually turned Kara and Jawaad around with their eyes closed, so that they could hug and be close without actually seeing each other. This made for the cutest pics!

All of the tears behind my camera when the groom tears up as his bride walks down the aisle!

Jawaad was so excited for Kara to put his ring on! Look at that pose!

These two are just so in love! They also braved the over 90-degree heat for these pics and they did not complain once!

This sunset!!

Okay, new favorite wedding favors ever!!!! You can keep your koozies, just give me ALL of the chips and salsa!

THIS.CAKE!!!

Angela literally blew everyone away with this stunning cake! All buttercream, edible glitter, and hand piped lace detailing; INCREDIBLE! And it tasted so divine!!!

I see you Kara and Jawaad! Tearing up the dancefloor!
